With its low ceilings, oak beams and inglenook fireplace, The White Horse is a picture-perfect 16th Century ale house. It’s a pub famed for a fabulous collection of beers – making it the ideal place for a social drink with friends, or just to curl up in a cosy corner with a pint… If you’re looking for a function room in Hertford to hold club evenings, business meetings or a private party, The White Horse is the place to be. Our upper floor has two great rooms, perfect for intimate get-togethers – or you can reserve the whole of the top floor for bigger gatherings. The whole floor can accommodate between 40 and 50 guests, making it a great choice as a party venue. We can even cater for your event too.
