The Cartwheel is about to undergo a major new refurbishment and will be reborn as The Whitchurch. Our new name is a historical tribute to the Whitchurch community - particularly the Bristol Whitchurch Airport which served it well, creating many jobs and playing a major role in World War 2. A right and fitting name us. One of the few remaining independently owned pubs in the area, The Whitchurch will offer something for all the family. Delicious & freshly cooked food with traceable ingredients at a fair price - that's great to share. A relaxing environment awaits you but importantly the traditional charm and character of a community pub will remain. Pete, Ben and all the team very much look forward to welcoming new and familiar faces soon!
