Ah, the rose of denmark, an old but perfectly formed gem of a pub nearby the river and close to the flyover.
Since the 1800's, and maybe beyond, a welcome pub with friendly folk, warming fires and tasty fayre.
Our weekly changing menu for lunch and dinner is superbly put together using only the finest of local ingredients, and with our plate of the day ranges from £5 per head.
Recently under new management the rose also boasts an array of evening entertainment:
Monday is blankety quiz night with luke, a comedy event every monday!l
wednesday night is our extremely popular trip to the jewel in the empire with £5 curry and a drink night
thursdays is TFIT, yep its two for one on our beautifully constructed cocktail list
